I've been driving past this place for years. But stopped by one Sunday. And if it wasn't for Patrick I wouldn't have came back. Nicest guy and he always remembers my order. Been coming to this place every Sunday since.

Formerly known as "Our Place" which I really was fond of. The bar itself has some very good renovations. The new owners are as outgoing and friendly as the previous owner's. The customers are all friendly, and they all said the food is as good as before. The Wisconsin lodge atmosphere is still there. Stop in!!!

Do yourself a favor and visit RK’s, a lovely little bar and grill on North La Fox Street in South Elgin.I had lunch there today. The beef stir fry was absolutely amazing—I mean, melt-in-your-mouth delicious, with tender slices of marinated beef, vegetables and rice.And the service was just as good. The server, Tasha, was extremely helpful and hospitable. She was a delight, as personable as she was professional.I’ve been to RK’s many times. I have nothing but good things to say about a place that’s becoming a community staple.Lunch entrees and daily specials are very affordable.Highly recommended.

This was our first visit and it is a great bar with an awesome staff and drinks are very reasonably priced. The bartender, Rachel, was the best we have ever had! She is fast, friendly, funny and attentive!!
